Our administrative team will be operating on reduced holiday hours from December 24 to January 2, 2026.
If your concern is urgent and cannot wait during this time, please call our phone system and select:
• Option 2 for clinical questions, or
• Option 3 for urgent labour or emergency concerns.
A member of our care team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Watching your spam folder for a message from a care-provider with a “no-return” email address. (their name should be recognizable)
Listening to phone messages from a blocked phone number. It might be one of our providers telling you they are going to call you again soon or want to give you a time for your next telephone or in clinic appointment.
